Located at the bottom of Timber Hill, tucked away in the heart of Norwich City Centre, Benoli Italian Restaurant serves a modern menu inspired by top quality ingredients, focusing strongly on fresh hand crafted pasta. Benoli also houses a relaxed eating counter serving Italian inspired cocktails.
Chef/owner Oliver Boon and his talented kitchen team, headed up by Rob Walpole, will be bringing all their experience together to bring simple but creative Italian inspired cuisine to Norwich. They have worked in and headed up some of the country’s best Italian restaurants and have been heavily influenced by Italian food whilst travelling.
Oliver says, “I couldn’t be more excited to be here, firstly, to be cooking the food I believe people really love to eat. It is the food that I was brought up on as a child whilst travelling around Sicily and Italy. Secondly, for being part of and contributing to such a creative city as Norwich that has such an exciting food and art scene developing at the moment.”
