We are a traditional artisan smokehouse, that has been taken on from a local family of fishermen and fish smokers.
We aim to continue this tradition of supplying high quality fresh produce, and continue to grow the business.
I have had over 10 years experience working front of house at a local coastal hotel and also many years home smoking from my hand built smokehouse. My wife is a head chef of a coastal restaurant, and keeps a keen eye on the quality of our produce as she uses it in her kitchen.
We find that tradition, time and quality make for the best tasting smoked goods.
