Flipping Jack Tiffin
What could be better than fussing my two favourite sweet treat bars together – Flap Jack & Tiffin. Here’s my flippin’ good recipe – perfect for picnics, pack-up’s and Scooby snacks.

Instructions
  1. In a saucepan gently heat all the wet ingredients until melted and mixed together
  2. Meanwhile place all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Pour the wet ingredients on to the dry and mix well
  4. Grease a suitable sized baking tray – pour over the mix and press down
  5. Bake in a pre-heated oven gas 180*c for 20 – 30 minutes (less for slightly doughy more for firm textured)or until cooked to your liking
  6. Cool, portion & serve
