I think the rise of the cake shed is probably down to covid, even if it’s a knock on effect. Who wasn’t baking and how many baking company’s popped up – and boy did I eat my weight in tray bakes in lockdown. But so good to be able to pop out in your neighbourhood and grab a sweet treat to enjoy with a cuppa at home.
Let’s face it if we bake at home we have to eat it all but when someone else does it you can grab a slice of deliciousness for around £4.
