Chaat Man is a fusion street food catering company located in Norfolk run by Philip Mitchell. The food can be best described as Indian fusion with an emphasis on global street food trends and plant-based ingredients.
Phil has been cooking Indian & Asian cuisine for over twenty years and has worked in numerous restaurants, hotels and catering establishments. Indian cuisine became his focus in 1997 after visiting Kerala and Tamil where he spent much of his time in the restaurants of Cochin, Trivandrum and Kovalam.
As well as making our own products we also cater to weddings, festivals, expos, and private events. From intimate dinner parties to lavish weddings, gluten-free buffets to fine dining experiences.
