From Norwich Research Park origins, led by East Anglian based investors, agri-tech engineers and local farm groups, the novofarina pulse flour business idea was born. The vision was to produce gluten free flour and ingredients from locally grown peas and pulses and grow this into a market leading gluten free ingredient brand, UK wide and globally.
